2. Compulsory fees
Registration fee:
- This fee will be paid per student, secures a place in SHIK.
- This fee is compulsory, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This fee paid only once, as long as the student is continuously enrolled.
- This fee will be valid if the student leaves SHIK for a period of no more than 6 weeks.
- If a student leaves for more than 6 weeks, the Registration fee must be paid again.
School package fee:
- This package includes: 1 school uniform, 1 lunch tray, 1 school bag, 1 Student’s Daily Report Book.
- This fee is compulsory & non-refundable.
- This fee may change from year to year based on price quotations from the suppliers.
3. Other fees
School bus fee:
- This fee is for students who register to take the transportation contracted by the School.
- School bus fee will be paid on a quarterly basis.
- Credits will be issued only for a full month of non-usage.
- There will be no pro-rata refund for canceling a particular quarter
Annual insurance fee:
- This fee is applicable to all registered students, and will be arranged by the School.
- The policy will be renewed annually as long as the student is continuously enrolled.
- SHIK’s preferred provider is Bao Viet. Fee is subject to change by Bao Viet.
- If you do not want the insurance offered by the school, you need to provide paperwork showing that your child is already covered under another insurance policy.
Special offers
- A 5% discount is applied when the tuition is paid 1 year in advance.
- A 2% discount is applied when the tuition is paid 6 months in advance.
- Parents who register two or more children simultaneously in SHIK will receive a 5% discount on the tuition fee for the 2nd child and 10% for the 3rd and subsequent children. These discounts will be applied to the Request for Payment of your youngest child attending SHIK.
- Prospective students can register for daily trial classes. Your child can attend up to 3 days a week and up to 2 weeks consecutively. No refund or credit procedure will be applied for this offer.
