#1: Reduce using plastic bags at SHIK.
#2: Reuse decoration stuff at SHIK.
#3: Recycle newspapers & magazines to create Fabulous Art Projects.
#4: Go PAPERLESS: Use email/ KidsOnline App and online invitations instead of paper letters, invitations, or thank you notes. Use recycle papers.
#5: Take an Environmentally Informative Field Trip.
#6: Reduce the amount of items that go into the trash by teaching lessons on packaging.
#7: Grow an indoor/outdoor garden at SHIK.
#8: When SHIK’s students make green choices bring it to the attention of the other students.
#: Challenge parents and students to think of things they can do in their homes or classrooms to care for the Earth and record.
#10: Organize “Family Fun Run – Run for Earth” event.
